The JEANNE TIMMINS COSTELLO STUDENTSHIP
This award provides $10,000 stipend support to six (6) graduate students (masters or doctoral level) at The Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital) to proceed with their research or to further their knowledge and research experience in the field of neurological diseases.
Guidelines :Students who have won awards over $10,000 for the 2025-2026 academic year are not eligible for this award.
Eligibility :
  1. Continuing M.Sc. and Ph.D. IPN students who will be returning for full-time studies in both the Fall and Winter 2025-2026 academic year who are in good academic standing.
  2. Students should have held an advisory committee meeting within the past twelve (12) months (this does not apply to students in their first year in the IPN, i.e. Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 entering cohorts).
  3. Students who received a JTC Student Award last year are still eligible to apply again this year.
  4. Students must not have received any awards external to the IPN (e.g. CIHR, NSERC, FRSQ, RI-MUHC, HBHL and Faculty of Medicine) of $10,000 or more for 2025-2026
